Mighty Patch brought a Korean pharmacy trick to the West: hydrocolloid, the same material as wound dressings, absorbs the gunk from whiteheads and protects them as they heal.
Stick one on before bed and by morning the pimple is usually flatter and less red. It also stops what makes acne worse: touching and popping. They're thin, matte and nearly invisible, so you can wear them by day too.
They work best on surface pimples with a head; on deep spots or cysts the effect is much smaller. With almost 190,000 reviews it's one of Amazon's most agreed-upon skincare products.
How to use
Cleanse and dry the area, stick the patch over the pimple and leave 6–8 hours (ideally overnight). Remove when it turns white.
