Our review

Weltallina is a new brand (available since June 2026) offering a full LED mask for about $54, roughly a third of high-end masks.

Being flexible silicone, it molds to the face and is light, and the controller sets sessions from 5 to 25 minutes with auto shut-off. The brand cites FDA clearance (510(k) K243978). What it doesn't state is light output — the spec that most separates good masks from mediocre ones.

With 39 very positive but recent reviews, it's a good way to try light therapy before investing in a pricier mask like the BOB AND BRAD.

How to use

Cleanse skin, put on the mask with the eye shields, pick a light and time (10–20 min) and use it 3–4 times a week.
